Construction services are required for the Hanley VBA 5th Floor project at the James M. Hanley Federal Building. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete improvements in accordance with the construction documents, drawings, and specifications. The project consists of renovating approximately 2,384 square feet to build out interior space to meet the operational needs of the Veteran's Benefits Agency on the fifth floor. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, electrical, mechanical, architectural components, and related building systems. The contractor must be capable of performing repairs, renovations, and alterations within an occupied federal building while minimizing disruption to tenants and maintaining building operations. All work shall be completed as a firm-fixed-price construction effort and in compliance with applicable requirements outlined in the supporting project documentation. Location: James M. Hanley Federal Building, 100 S Clinton St, Syracuse, NY 13261. This project shall be performed by an experienced Contractor that has performed similar work. The estimated performance period is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
