Bids are requested from New York State licensed electricians to perform general electrical work on an as-needed and emergency basis for the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority. Goals for participation include 15% Minority Business Enterprise, 15% Women Business Enterprise, and 6% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. Bidders must certify they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors and comply with Equal Employment Opportunity rules and regulations. Disadvantaged, minority/women-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against in consideration for an award. Bidders must submit their proposals via the specified online portal by the stated deadline; late submittals will not be considered. There is no obligation to reimburse expenses incurred in bid preparation, and the Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
