Renovation of a mixed-use development in Millington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,637-square-foot, one-story above grade museum; and municipal facility.
This project involves renovations to the existing Harrold Building on Leroy Boatwright Street in Millington, TN. Renovations are separated between the Base Bid and Alternate Bid. The Base Bid scope is identified within the drawing set by sheets starting with the letter "B" and include minimal demolition of the existing structure and systems, installation of a new pre-engineered metal building frame and roof structure, and new single-ply roofing membrane system. The Alternate Bid involves the remainder of interior build-out as well as limited exterior improvements as identified within the Alternate Bid drawings immediately following the base ("B") drawing sheets. The project includes all limited exterior work as well as construction of the interior renovations to the building. This project involves renovations to the existing Harrold Building on Leroy Boatwright Street in Millington, TN.
