The Owner invites tenders for Contract No. 50240 Jacques Cartier Bridge, Bonaventure Expressway and Estacade, Electrical and Telecommunications Work Crew (2026-2031). The work involves providing electrical and telecommunications work crews for the specified infrastructure. The procurement strategy is to award the contract to the lowest compliant tenderer. Tenderers must adhere to the mandatory Occupational Health and Safety Pre-Qualification Procedure and may visit the site either independently or with a representative of the Owner upon request. Tenderers must submit their tenders in compliance with the requirements of the Tender Documents, including a tender security in an amount not less than ten percent of the total amount of the tender. Submissions must be transmitted by email and meet all conditions set out in the Tender Documents to be eligible for consideration. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any tender.
