Consisting of approximately 200 Tons of A.C. Pavement; 1,120 S.Y. of Pavement Removal; 2,375 L.F. of Inlaid Traffic Markings; 215 S.F. of Standard Signs; 3 Sinusoidal Speed Humps; 5 Asphalt Flat Top Speed Humps; 5 Asphalt Speed Cushions; and other related work. Questions Due: 12:00 PM Local Time, January 29, 2026 To maintain the project schedule, Interpretations, corrections, or changes to the Bidding Documents shall be made by Addendum and shall not be binding unless included in the Addendum. It is your responsibility to periodically check for addenda posted on online or the Municipality bidding web site. At the above indicated time, the bids will be opened publicly and read. Bids shall be submitted to the Municipal Purchasing Department in a sealed envelope prior to the time of opening specified in the Invitation to Bid for opening of the bids to be considered. Late Bids shall not be considered. Time of receipt will be as determined by the time stamp in the Purchasing Office. The Municipality shall not be responsible for bid preparation costs, nor for costs, including attorney fees, associated with any (administrative, judicial or otherwise) challenge to the determination of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and/or award of contract, and/or rejection of bids. By submitting a bid, each bidder agrees to be bound in this respect and waives all claims to such costs and fees. Unless otherwise stated in the Bidding Documents, the Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the responsible Bidder who submits the lowest responsive Bid. The Municipality of Anchorage assumes no responsibility for any interpretations or presentations made by any of its officers or agents unless such interpretations or presentations are made by written addendum to this Invitation to Bid.
