Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Kingman, Arizona. Working plans call for the renovation of a 4,800-square-foot municipal facility.

Project scope includes but is not limited to tenant improvements to create a new county morgue facility inside a 4,800 square foot renovated former sign shop. The facility will include a lab, autopsy and cold room equipment. As of June 18, 2026, the architect has applied for a building permit and is in final stages of plan review. The architect anticipates bidding opportunities by July 2026. Construction start has not been disclosed.
