A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Muncy Borough Municipal Authority has authorized the S. Washington Street Water Main Project. The project includes the installation of approximately 911 linear feet of 8 PVC water main along a portion of Shuttle Hill Road and S. Washington Street. The project includes the installation of 5 service connections and service lines and main line valves. The pipe will be installed via open cut. B. Work of this contract is identified on the Drawings. C. Work not specifically identified on the Drawings, but required in the Contract Documents, shall be performed as specified. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the Messages/Vendor Discussions feature in PennBid no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
