Site work and paving for a road / highway in Muncy, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 7, 2025, all bids received were rejected. This work consists of the pulverizing and mixing of a combination of virgin aggregate (if/where specified), reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), reclaimed aggregate material (RAM), and calcium flakes to the specified length, width, and depth. This work also consists of shaping, finishing, fine grading, and compaction of the stabilized base material. For the following contract: Roadway Reclamation Contract: Perform approximately 6,592 SY of roadway reclamation; furnish and place approximately 13,088 lbs. of calcium flakes; furnish and place approximately 480 tons of 2A aggregate. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as awarded, The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
