Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Muncy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Roadway Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately 13,356 SY of asphalt seal coat single application: furnish and place approximately 6,426 SY of E-1 Prime with blotter; furnish and place approximately 6,426 SY of Double Seal coat; and furnish and place approximately 19,782 SY of asphalt fog seal. Salt Shed Construction Contract: Furnish and place all concrete and steel reinforcement as required by plan for shed floor; furnish and install all metal connectors, bolts, and anchors as required by plan; furnish and install all steel siding and roofing material as required by plan; furnish and install all structural/dimensional/engineered wood members as required by plan. Plans to be provided by Mill Creek Township upon request for bid package. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as awarded, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. This work is the application of Asphalt material, immediately followed by application of coarse aggregate. Furnish and place one or two applications of Asphalt material as listed above, CRS-2PM emulsified asphalt, immediately followed by an application of coarse aggregate of #8 stone for each lift, to be rolled according to pub 408 section 470.3c.
