Proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder Location Lycoming, Clinton, Sullivan & Tioga/Bradford County, Pennsylvania All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the West Branch Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
