Site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Muncy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
As of October 29, 2025, the project has been awarded to Rylind Construction Company, Inc. but no amount available. Carpenter Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project The project entails milling and overlay on both sides of the bridge including the bridge deck, waterproofing on the bridge deck, placement of riprap, removal of the existing retaining wall, placement of a new retaining wall, and minor sidewalk work. Bids are requested for the Carpenter Street Bridge Rehabilitation contract. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 10/08/2025 at 10:00 AM ET: Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. The Work will be substantially complete on or before April 16, 2026; Final completion- April 30, 2026
