Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Roberts, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.
**As of February 19th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** General contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the Roberts Community Center project to the City of Roberts. Bid Proposals must be received before 2:00 PM local standard time on February 12, 2026. Electronic Bidding Documents for a Stipulated Price contract may be obtained by contacting the office of the Architect. Full project description can be found in the bidding documents. No Contractor is required to have a current license as a public works contractor in the State of Idaho in order to submit a bid, but the successful bidder must secure a public works contractor's license at or prior to the award and execution of the contract. This project is subject to the provisions of Sections 44-1001 and 44-1002, Idaho Code, regarding labor preference. A pre-bid meeting will be held for all bidders at the project site at 2862 East 650 North, Roberts, Idaho 83444 at 2:00 PM local time on February 5, 2026. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
