Question Deadline 01/30/202 Location and Work to be Done The work consists of the replacement of concrete sidewalk, and a concrete handicap ramp and handrails at the Webster Town Hall located at 350 Main Street, Webster, Massachusetts. Resetting/repointing of select granite steps, handrail repair, and installation of exterior drainage and a sump pump are also included, as more specifically described in the attached contract specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. The Contractor shall provide the Town of Webster with a “red line” plan and/or field measurements depicting the locations and depths of all utilities installed, sufficient to create an accurate as built drawing for the Town’s records.
