Reference Number 0000410075 This project consists of the removal and replacement of the current backup generator on the roof of Monroe City Hall with a new 125 kw generator. This includes supply of the replacement generator and all electrical, plumbing, ducting, roof patching/sealing (as needed), crane charges and location, and disposal of existing generator to provide a complete and working system as designed. An engineers report detailing that no structural modifications will be needed to support the weight of the new generator is included with the bid information documents.
