The Lawrence Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations - Phase 5 at Beacon Courts (MA 10-2 AMP 2), for the Lawrence Housing Authority in Lawrence, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CSS Architects Inc. The Project consists of: Renovation of 48 kitchens and bathrooms. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C.1701u) as well as additional HUD forms and Equal Employment requirements, as set forth in the project manual. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement.
