Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Lawrence Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations - Phase 5 at Beacon Courts (MA 10-2 AMP 2), for the Lawrence Housing Authority in Lawrence, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CSS Architects Inc. The Project consists of: Renovation of 48 kitchens and bathrooms. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C.1701u) as well as additional HUD forms and Equal Employment requirements, as set forth in the project manual. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. SUBTRADES Section 09 70 00 Resilient Flooring Section 09 91 00 Painting Section 22 00 01 Plumbing Section 26 00 01 Electrical General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the bid amount and made payable to the Lawrence Housing Authority. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). Each individual or firm recorded as having received the contract documents will be notified by email if and when addenda are issued. Hard copies of addenda will not be mailed or faxed to plan holders. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to review any and all addenda prior to the bid opening either online or at the offices of Projectdog, Inc. General Bids will be received until 2:00pm, Wednesday, February 11, 2026, and opened forthwith. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to Architect. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
