Description

Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

The work involves providing public Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) services for the Willow Street Parking Structure Project. The project consists of constructing a two-bay, five-level precast parking structure with approximately 365-375 parking spaces. The garage is intended to support existing parking patrons and the parking needs of planned urban renewal developments in the immediate area. Questions must be submitted in writing to the SRA (apham@springfieldcityhall.com) by 2:00PM on January 28, 2026. The authority reserves the right to waive informalities or revoke bids if it serves the public interest.
