The City through its Department of Capital Assets and Construction is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for the complete replacement of the membrane roofing and shingle roof at Raymond M. Sullivan Public Safety Complex. Estimated cost of the project is $500,000.00. All Bidders will be required to pay Prevailing Wages whenever applicable. The Prime/General Contractor must be certified by the State Division of Capital Asset Management in the category, General Contractor or Roofing.
