Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project will relocate the School of Health and Patient Simulation (SHPS) from Building 20 to Building 2 by renovating five (5) out of the existing seven (7) floors. Upgrades will include a full renovation of the interior for the identified floors as well as concentrated updates to the existing building shell and any necessary code upgrades. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. DCAMM, through its Trade Contractor Prequalification Committee is prequalifying firms interested in providing public Trade Contractor services on this Public Construction Manager at Risk ("CM at Risk") Project for the construction of the STC - School of Health and Patient Simulation (SHPS) Modernization, Springfield Technical Community College, Springfield, MA, through this RFQ process.
