Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, disposal, travel, and incidentals to provide upgrades, repairs, and remodels to one (1) main mens restroom/shower areas, one (1) main women's restroom/shower area, one (1) mens locker restroom, one (1) women's locker restroom, and one (1) general locker restroom/shower to Caltrans in Orange County. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
