The Clark County Forestry and Parks Department in Neillsville, Wis., is seeking proposals for bridge inspection, design, permitting, bidding, and construction oversight associated with removal of Dam 16 and subsequent recreation trail rehabilitation Clark County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any proposal and waive any technicalities in a proposal. The intent of this RFP is to review the qualifications and approach of the project leading to the eventual selection of the firm.
