The scope of work includes providing final paving of approximately 360 tons of hot mix asphalt for a 1.5" final lift course of a 1100' x 34' area of East 2nd Street east of Willow Street, and providing approximately 300 tons of hot mix asphalt to be placed for patching. Separate pricing is required for both finish shaping with paving and paving only at 3". Per ton pricing per item is required. Asphalt pavement products and installation must comply with WisDOT Spec, Type 4LT58-28s asphalt mix. The work is to be completed during June, July, and August 2026. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed bids by 4:00 P.M. on April 10, 2026, to the City Clerk's office. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to the bidder deemed most advantageous to the City. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
