(E) EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN. TURN OVER DEMOLISHED ACTUATORS AND SENSORS TO OWNER. 2. PROVIDE NEW EMS CONTROLLERS, SENSORS, VALVE AND DAMPER ACTUATORS, THERMOSTATS AND WIRING. IF WIRING IS DETERMINED TO BE ABLE TO BE REUSED, PROVIDE A CREDIT TO OWNER FOR WIRING. 3. PROGRAM CONTROLLERS TO SPECIFIED SEQUENCE OF OPERATION. 4. PROVIDE NEW EMS FRONT-END AND GRAPHICS. 5. UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION CALIBRATE VAV TERMINAL UNIT AIRFLOW RATE TO MATCH AIRFLOW SHOWN ON DRAWINGS. 6. ASSIST OWNER'S COMMISSIONING AGENT IN VALIDATING THE OPERATION OF THE NEW CONTROLS SYSTEM. The Monterey Peninsula College, BMS Phase 2 project consists of removing and replacing EMS systems as shown in drawings and specifications provided by Cypress Engineering Group in the following location(s): a. Art Ceramics b. Art Studio c. Auto Tech d. Facilities e. Physical Sciences 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work with the MPC Staff, Representatives, and contractors on other MPC projects working concurrent with this project. Reference paragraph 1.04 of this section. 3. The work to be done includes all labor, tools and equipment necessary to furnish and install all materials and equipment shown on the drawings and described herein and to perform tests described herein, to provide complete and operating systems to the extent specified and shown on the drawings. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, material and supplies, except where specifically noted as existing or supplied by the District.
