March 6, 2026 Please note the following: Sheet E- 002, 2/E-002 - Generator Schedule indicates an LP generator. Sheet E-100, Notes 1, 2, & 3 describe the standby generator and reference an LP generator and 250 gallon LP tank. Specification Section 02750, Part 2: Products, 2.01 N. Emergency Power Generator specifies a diesel-powered emergency generator. The Specification reference to a diesel powered generator is an error and the proposals shall be based on the LP generator requirements contained in the Plans. Plans shall supersede Specifications in all cases where an inconsistency may occur. March 4, 2026 The purpose of this announcement is to provide the updated bid gurantee requirement per FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, item (c) (c) The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 30% percent of the bid price or $ 3,000,000.00, whichever is less. The scope of work includes the decommissioning and complete removal of an onsite 20,000-gpd wastewater treatment plant and auxiliary systems, as well as various components of the sewer pump station including pumps, rails, and control panel, and connecting to the existing municipal sewer at Lake Powhatan. The contractor is responsible for taking possession of all decommissioned and demolished materials and removing them from the site entirely. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and is set-aside for small business concerns. Performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the original contract award price. Offers are requested in accordance with the terms and conditions, instructions, and evaluation criteria provided in the solicitation and attachments.
