Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide elevator inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for eighteen passenger and four freight elevators, as well as three chair lifts, across its main Asheville Campus and its Candler-Enka Campus. All elevators must be maintained at all times in a safe, functional condition compliant with all requirements of the current American Standard Safety Code for Elevators, ANSI-A17.1, the ANSI Inspection Manual, ANSI-A17.2, and all other applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and codes.
