Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacement of approximately 20 feet of 6-inch terracotta sewage line, including cutting, removing, and patching back a small area of asphalt, removing the existing clay pipe, and installing new Schedule 40 PVC piping. All disturbed areas will be restored with seed and straw, and all dirty cleaning supplies will be properly disposed of. All work must meet industry standards and comply with applicable code requirements as well as all Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal, and State regulations. Location: Asheville VA Medical Center 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
