The requirement is to furnish minor building construction services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement to support facilities throughout the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District. Work may include roof repairs involving framing, decking, shingles, metal, membrane, built-up materials, coatings, insulation, roof drains, gutters, and downspouts; siding and trim installation and repairs; drywall and plaster repairs; interior and exterior painting; building insulation installation and repairs; framing and finish carpentry; flooring installation and repair including wood, tile, vinyl, ceramic, cement, concrete, epoxy, and carpet; interior and exterior door and window installation, replacement, and repairs using glazing, wood, aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass, or steel; and masonry installation and repairs. Contractors shall provide all labor, equipment, devices, and materials to perform work in accordance with specifications and comply with all applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. Individual Calls under the BPA may not exceed $35,000 and contractor-furnished materials may not exceed $15,000 per Call, with a total BPA master limit of $350,000. Work performance locations may include the full Pittsburgh District or potential northern and southern regional divisions, with coverage to be determined based on contractor responses. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
