Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a vendor for the provision of elevator modernization and maintenance services at 15 elevators in 11 TCHC buildings. A proponent may bid on one group or all groups, as listed: Group A – 47, 49 & 51 Gilder Drive; Group B – 81, 83 & 85 Gilder Drive; Group C – 1775 Eglinton Avenue; Group D – 55 Rankin Crescent; Group E – 77 Rankin Crescent; Group F – 1447 King Street West; Group G – 65 Greencrest Circuit. Each group will be awarded to the lowest total priced quotation. Submitted bids must include the following mandatory documents: Submission Form A (Proponent Acknowledgement), Submission Form D (Agreement to Bond), Submission Form E (List of Subcontractors), Submission Form F, Submission Form G (Agreement Regarding Constructor Role), and a copy of the TSSA Certificate for Elevating Devices. Bidders must also submit Stage II minimum technical requirement forms, project references, contractor health and safety documentation, and a security review. Pricing information must be provided in the prescribed Excel format. All documents must be submitted through the online portal.
