The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough requires general contracting services for the interior renovation of Room SY270 in the Science Research Building. Scope of work highlights include moderate demolition focused on the removal of existing lab bench tops and steel shelving, adjustments to existing wood lab casework that is to remain, removal of existing services to all existing wood lab casework to remain, and reinstatement of all existing services to all existing wood lab casework to remain once new bench tops have been installed.
