Professional engineering consulting services are required to conduct a comprehensive energy study, including ASHRAE Level 2 audits of nine institutional buildings on the south campus, an ASHRAE Level 3 audit of the Central Utilities Plant, and a progress report to summarize the impact towards the campus greenhouse gas emissions targets. The services include an ASHRAE Level 3 Audit at the Central Utilities Plant, development of a Monitoring and Verification Plan, a timeline and space phasing plan, and updated calculations for baseline and anticipated performance for GHG emissions, energy usage, heating and cooling demand, power demand, and utility operating costs. The scope also includes updating and validating projected GHG emissions calculations towards the 2050 Climate Positive target, including consideration for future new developments and proposed projects.
