The City of Frankfort, KY is seeking proposals for the renovation of and the extension of the current restrooms or potentially the construction of a new restroom facility directly adjacent to the existing press box and concession stand at the Sower Soccer Complex in Capitol View Park located at 100 Capitol View Park Road, in Frankfort, KY for the City of Frankfort, KY Parks, Recreation and Historic Sites Department. An Add Alternate is also included for the potential construction of a new restroom facility in close proximity of the Sower Soccer Complex if the construction is not feasible adjacent to the current facility as stated above.
