Question Deadline 02/06/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions by prospective bidders as to any information contained within this bid package shall be directed to Rebecca Amaral, Dartmouth Parks & Recreation Director, by emailing ramaral@dartmouthma.gov. Questions must be submitted Product must be able to be installed over a compacted processed gravel base. Surfacing must have a fall height rating of at least 12' and an average HIC of 400 or better at a 12' drop at 73 degrees Fahrenheit. Supply and install +/- 9.283 square feet of poured in place playground surfacing with 330 linear feet of beveling into woodchips. Contractor is responsible for all equipment and materials required to perform installation Site Visit: Thursday. February 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (not mandatory). Playground is located between 732 & 746 Dartmouth Street, Dartmouth, MA. Entrance is off Sol-E-Mar Street behind the Southworth Library. Site plan is for reference only and should be site verified.
