Questions Due Date: Feb 9th 2026, 5:00 PM MST Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for the remodel of the kitchen at Oquirrh Elementary School in West Jordan, Utah. The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents. Scope of Work: a. Salvage existing food service equipment as indicated in project documents. b. Remove existing food service equipment as indicated in project documents. c. Provide and install new food service equipment as indicated in project documents. d. Cut and Patch concrete slab on grade as required for new electrical, mechanical, or plumbing utility lines as indicated in project documents e. Provide new floor sinks as indicated in project documents. f. Remove existing finished flooring as indicated in project documents. g. Provide new finished flooring as indicated in project documents. h. Remove existing ceiling systems as indicated in project documents. i. Provide new ceiling systems as indicated in project documents. j. Selectively remove existing wall systems as indicated in project documents. k. Provide new wall systems as indicated in project documents. l. Remove existing interior architectural millwork as indicated in project documents. m. Provide new interior architectural millwork as indicated in project documents. n. Any other work indicated in project documents, but not noted in this section. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
