Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking to enter into a contract with a Bidder to provide Theatrical Lighting Upgrade for West Hills Middle School. Please see the full IFB attachment for all bid guidelines and requirements. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. Location: West Hills Middle School 8270 S. Grizzly Way (5400 West) West Jordan, UT 84081 _ Start date: June 8, 2026. _ Contractor to complete work per attached Specifications and Drawings. _ Contractor to provide all material and labor, including equipment to complete project. _ Contractor needs to provide a means to protect finished areas from damage. _ Contractor to upgrade theatrical lighting in the Auditorium. _ Contractor to provide minor drywall work and paint repair with some of the house lights. _ Audiovisual equipment replacement will be as an alternate line item. _ Substantially complete by: August 7, 2026. Work Hours: Work may normally be performed between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Arrangements may be made for different hours as needed. After hours and weekends, call 801-567-8865.
