Description

Renovation of an educational facility in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking to enter into a contract with a Bidder to provide a Freezer Expansion for Copper Hills High School. Please see the full IFB attachment for all bid guidelines and requirements. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. All inquiries relative to this bid need to be submitted by Thursday February 05, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. MST and will be answered Online Portal. Liquidated damages for a missed deadline are set at One Thousand dollars ($1,000) per day for each and every calendar day past the completion date. The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
