Bids May Require Compliance With the Prevailing Hourly Rate of Wages for This Locality and Proj Ect as Determined by the Com-mission of Labor and Filed With the Secretary of State, a Copy of Which is on File With the City Clerk, in Accordance With the Provisions of 40 Oklahoma Stat-ute 1991, 196. 1-196.14, Which Prevailing Hourly Rate of Wages is Made a Part of This Solicitation by Reference as Though Fully Set Forth Herein. A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder. No Bidder May Withdraw a Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Actu-al Date of the Opening Thereof. Within Sixty (60) Days From the Bid Date, the Owner May Award a Contract to the Successful Bid-der or Reject Any or All Bids for the Project. The City Council of the City of Lawton Reserves the Right to Re-ject Any or All Bids. Deadline for Questions/Comments will be February 23rd, 2026.
