Scope of Work the City of Phoenix is Seeking a Qualified Consultant Team to Provide Engineering Services to Analyze Three (3) Major Arterial Corridors Located on the Phoenix High Injury Network. These Comprehensive Corridor Analyses Will Include Conducting an Enhanced Road Safety Assessment, Developing Planning-level Corridor Concepts, and Conducting a Feasibility Analysis to Provide an Assessment of Comprehensive Safety Corridor Needs to Identify Actionable Safety Countermeasures. Services May Include Pre-design, and Public Engagement. The Project Sites Are Located at 19th Avenue From Thunderbird Road to Dunlap Avenue. Broadway Road From 35th Avenue to 40th Street and Northern Avenue From I-17 to 7th Street. Questions Pertaining to Process or Contract Issues Should Be Submitted via online.
