Provide 15.5-kV to 245-kV moderate to high seismic disconnect switches, including disconnect switches, grounding air switches, disconnect/grounding switch combinations, selector/tandem disconnecting switches, selector/tandem disconnecting/grounding switch combinations, and required seismic reports in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings. Furnish all resources necessary to supply all items identified in the Technical Specifications and Price Schedule under a firm-fixed-price IDIQ ordering structure. Delivery and offloading shall be FOB Destination within the consignee's premises, with delivery requirements, offloading responsibilities, advance shipment notifications, invoicing, warranty obligations, and performance requirements carried out as specified. Items must conform to all technical requirements, manufacturer consistency requirements, documentation requirements, packaging provisions, inspection and acceptance standards, and warranty requirements, including a minimum five-year warranty. All quoted items must be from the same manufacturer, meet Buy American requirements, include required supporting documentation, and comply fully with specifications for technical acceptability.. Due date for submission of questions is hereby extended to COB February 27, 2026. as per Adda 1.
