Description

The work consists of furnishing all labor, plant, tools, equipment, and specified materials or services for Area No. 2 Restoration. The restoration includes asphalt, lawn, and concrete work resulting from emergency maintenance repair arising out of excavation and other work performed by the Erie County Water Authority. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Only official planholders are allowed to bid, and bidders are responsible for reviewing all components of the contract documents. The contract will be for a two-year term with the potential for two additional one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project information. The Erie County Water Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest, regardless of whether it is the mathematically lowest bid.
