The work involves the procurement of concrete pipe repair bands. Bids must be received in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name at the designated address. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the bid amount. Project documents may be obtained at the Service Center Front Desk in person or by mail, provided required identification or mailing details are supplied. Only full sets of documents are available. Bidders must direct any questions regarding the bidding documents in writing to the designated contact person. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept a bid in the best interest of the Water Authority, even if it is not the lowest mathematically.
