The work to be performed includes concrete pavement patching along Fullerton Avenue, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk removal and replacement, catch basin and storm sewer installation, modified urethane pavement markings, and other related work. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms and be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for not less than five percent of the total proposal amount. All bidders must be approved by the Village prior to obtaining bidding documents. The Contractor and Subcontractor must comply with all regulations issued under the Prevailing Wage Act and other applicable federal laws and labor standards. The successful bidder will be required to furnish insurance against all damage claims and provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Village reserves the right to waive technicalities and reject any or all bids. Removal and replacement of concrete pavements, sidewalk, and curb and gutter; pavement marking, drainage improvements and other related work. The work to be performed includes the removal and replacement of 10” Type B concrete pavement patches, sidewalk, and curb and gutter; pavement marking; drainage improvements; and any other related work necessary to complete this project in accordance with the specifications and bidding documents. The project will be at various locations along Fullerton Avenue between Finley Avenue and Des Plaines River Road in the Village of River Grove. A list of addresses will be given to the Contractor by the Village at the time the Notice to Proceed is issued. The Contractor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the proper traffic control and protection on this Project. This project shall be completed during the summer months when schools adjacent to the project are not in session beginning no earlier than June 1, 2026.
