(Tack Coat), 1 L Sum Traffic Control and Protection, Std 701501, 701901. Project Location: Various locations throughout the Village of River Grove Proposals Requiring Prequalification of Bidders Will Be Issued Only to Those Contractors Who Are Qualified With the Department of Transportation. Prequalification Forms May Be Secured From the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, Il 62764. ILDOT - Const. Variable Width Pavt Resurfacing - Contract 3 21-00000-00-GM The work shall include hot mix asphalt surface patches and any other necessary work to properly complete this project in accordance with the specifications and bidding documents. The description of the work will include existing surface removal, 2", and prime coat & hot mix asphalt surface course installation, 2". The patch sizes in will range from 4 square yards to 140 square yards. The size and quantity of patches is subject to change, as determined by field conditions.
