The work consists of supplying Hot Mix Asphalt, Cold Mix Asphalt, and Pug Mill Mix (6% MC-800 Oil) for the Washington County Road and Bridge Department. All materials must conform to the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Edition - 1986, including any revisions. These materials are to be supplied until March 1, 2027. Bidders who own real estate or personal property in Washington County are required to provide proof of payment of all Washington County taxes. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "Sealed Bid" and received by the Clerk of the County Commission by 9:00 a.m. on the specified date, at which time the bids will be opened. The Washington County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
