Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities is receiving proposals for professional engineering services for the Division of Water’s Lakeview Avenue Area Water Line Improvements, Eakin Road Area Water Line Improvements, and Bulen Road Area Water Line Improvements. The Consultant shall provide a general project approach common for all three projects, a proposed schedule, and a breakdown of proposed labor hours for only one project selected by the Division of Water. The work will involve project management, monthly design progress meetings, site survey, preliminary/final water main design summary, plan preparation, maintenance of traffic, ADA Curb Ramp Design (if authorized), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, cataloging Lead Service Line Replacements, preparation of a Public Tree Plan, bid support, and ensuring Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Reviews. All RFP documents must be downloaded from Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire). Firms must meet mandatory requirements stated in the RFP for consideration.
