As of February 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 05, 2026. Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing materials and performing labor necessary for the District 10 Sheriff Substation Renovation at 6001 N. Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414. A Lump Sum bid for the project will be received. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on a blank form provided by the Architect, in a sealed envelope, with the project plainly marked on the outside. Bid Security equal to 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond, or a bid guaranty bond of 100% of the total bid as per Ohio Revised Code, must accompany each bid. The project is subject to Ohio Prevailing Wages. Plans and specifications can be downloaded by request via email to the Architect. No bidder may withdraw their bid for sixty days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or errors in the bids as permitted by law.
