**As of March 3, 2026, they will rebidding the project. No definite date for the rebid.** The project is for the Possum Creek Argonne Lake Paved Trail Project. Design-Build Teams are requested to submit a qualifications package for consideration. The submission must meet all requirements established by the request for qualifications, including a review of the criteria design, bid book, and contract documents. The qualifications will be reviewed and short-listed, after which detailed proposals will be requested from the short-listed teams. Potential submitters must carefully review the requirements in the qualifications submittal package. Submissions are to be provided electronically, and failure to meet the requirements may render a submittal non-responsive. The extent to which the evaluation criteria are met or exceeded will be determined by the Owners Evaluation Team, influencing the scoring and ranking of the submitted packages.
