Renovation of an educational facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Electronic bids are solicited for the Roof Replacement Building 3 project at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Montgomery County. Bids must be submitted via the State of Ohio's electronic bidding service at https://bidexpress.com, and bidders are required to register, enable a digital ID, and follow the electronic submission process. Requests for proposed substitutions for specified products, equipment, or services must be submitted to the Architect/Engineer no later than 10 days before bid opening and can only be accepted by written Addendum. Bids must comply with the version of the State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction included in the contract documents. Prevailing Wage rates, Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, and Domestic Steel Use requirements as specified in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.011 apply. The bidder must state where its services will be performed and affirm compliance with relevant Executive Orders. Bidders are encouraged to participate in a Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. The Contractor is responsible for project scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and providing other required services as identified in the contract documents.
