Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bid proposals are requested for the Districtwide Paving 2026 project. Bidders must provide contact information to access bid documents, carefully review the project experience requirements in the Statement of Qualifications, and submit proposals in a sealed envelope as described. Each proposal must include a 100% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, or a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit for ten percent of the bid amount, payable to Five Rivers MetroParks. Proposals must be on the provided forms or a copy thereof. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities in received bids. The construction cost estimate is $599,400. Replacement of existing asphalt pavement and minor subgrade repairs on Taylorsville MetroPark East Park (CCC Shelter) parking lot, Englewood MetroPark East Park Main Entrance Road, Hills and Dales MetroPark PawPaw Shelter parking lot, Cox Arboretum MetroPark asphalt walking paths, Twin Creek MetroPark Dogwood Pond parking lot, Eastwood MetroPark Springfield St. parking lot, and Twin Valley Welcome Center main road to reservable shelters. ? New multi-use paved trail around Argonne Lake at Possum Creek MetroPark - asphalt only.
