Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Newnan, Georgia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,440-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and 4,320-square-foot fire / police facility.
The City of Newnan is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering/architectural firms for design services to remodel and expand Fire Station 3 located at 138 Temple Avenue, Newnan GA 30263. Design services shall include architectural design, structural engineering design, site civil design, stormwater management design, landscape design, mechanical, electric, plumbing design, interior design, and telecommunication design. The scope includes remodeling the existing one-story, 4,440 square foot fire station, with an addition of 4,320 square feet for a new total of 8,760 square feet, and modifications such as storage bays, additional dorm rooms, and redesign of the existing layout. Respondents are subject to all instructions communicated in the document and should carefully review the entire RFP and follow all instructions. The City of Newnan reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. Last Day/Time to Submit Questions: 1/23/26
