Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Hope, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.
Only pre-qualified contractors will be eligible for bidding for the Hope Community Center Phase II Interior Finishes project under an Overall Single Prime contract (all of the work). Bidding documents may be examined at the architect's office and purchased for a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted on the provided Forms of Proposal and be accompanied by bid security according to the Instructions to Bidders. If the bid exceeds $100,000.00, a Certificate of Consent of Surety from a Surety company stating they will provide performance/payment bonds in the full amount of the contract is required. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality if in the best interest of the Owner. Bidders are required to comply with applicable state requirements. Pre-qualification requirements: Only historic preservation pre-qualified contractors will be eligible for bidding. Any questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Architect's Office (Eclectic Architecture, 20 Municipal Drive, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 or email at jessica@eclecitecture.com) no later than February 24 at 5:00 p.m.
