24194 This project consists of the construction of the Kuehn Park Pool and Bath House. Work will include new water service and sanitary sewer service, storm sewer, sidewalk, fencing, pools, bath house, parking lot, and landscaping. Private utility companies will also be upgrading their facilities during the project. The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for Kuehn Park-Aquatic Facility. This project is estimated at $15,450,000 and will be funded with CIP No. 14085.
